Bill is a Managing Partner with a focus on transforming organizations to deliver and sustain breakthrough performance. With over 35 years of experience as a senior advisor, Bill has widespread experience leading large scale transformation programs and cultivating high performing cultures. Bill’s approach to transformation—putting people first—focuses on energizing and empowering employees while enabling leaders to be both directive and inclusive. Bill’s primary focus is in operational improvement / cost reduction, supply chain optimization, transformation and driving change in global organizations. His functional implementation experience includes: operational strategy implementation, long-term strategic operational effectiveness, business building, and organization.
Prior to joining The CPI Group, Mr. Frost was a senior principal and ran the financial services practice for an operational improvement focused, global professional services firm. Prior to this, he was a Senior Vice President for Bank of America bringing high value services to the traditional quality banking services model.
He has provided guidance to the US Department of Defense, Federal Government and numerous Global 1000 companies across a variety of industries to drive lasting balance sheet and income statement impact.
